The conceptual work has already started in 2001, therefore, anti-cyclically for the general waiting market trend, in order to manage the required preconditions for the development of innovative and future-pointing software products. From a very long experience in implementation of ERP systems with customers adaptations and integration to third-party systems, as well as the existing experiences with JAVA frameworks, and development tools of other providers, this know-how has been flowing into BOB’S_TOOLS.

Consequently, a technological basis which allows a rapid and low-cost development of complex, commercial applications in all development centers stands today. On the basis of a software architecture that is propagated by the most vendors of business application software as the strategy to be targeted for the future.

BOB`S_TOOLS is a visual programming environment for Rapid (Web-)Application Development (RAD) and allows the highly productive development of transaction based web-applications those are written exclusively in JAVA and on the basis of Jakarta-Struts-Framework and the open source components. The essential components are already backed up by a 5-year development maturity with a running system stemming from a migration project of Oracle Forms to Java.
